With sig ep losing their house and sigma chi falling off who is the new top tier? Don't say pike, they're disqualified because 90% of their chapter is Mexican.

No proof but when your cut down to 25 brothers its tough to fill a house. If they keep it they can say goodbye to their savings.

Imo the new top tier is dchi, sigma nu, and alpha sig. With theta chi right on their heels as upper middle.

Can't wait for Phi Delt to return....and even SAE to do the same. Sigma Chi (biggest self promoter on here and top tier in their eyes only) really sucks. C'mon guys, fraternities are getting worse and worse. Bring back the hot guys...hurry, I only have one year left. Btw, sororities rock.
