top tiers in the future

Well i feel like sig ep, sigma nu and sigma chi are falling apart. So i'm going to say that kappa sigma, pi kappa phi, pike and delta chi are going to be top tiers in the future. The middle would be sigma nu, sig ep, sigma chi, and bottom zbt alpha sig theta chi and the other fraternities

I also see pi kappa phi and pike too. I dont see see kappa sigma though, delta chi is going for new sae

How can you be top tier if you're not Southern? Sigma Chi will retain their niche and be top tier.

Alpha sig and theta chi need to be moved up. Easily middle if not upper middle.
