Explanations:
Sigma Chi only recruits elite, wealthy, Southerners. Now that FIJI is on-campus, they have to compete for the same guys. Sigma Chi numbers are at an all-time low (40ish) since FIJI have been taking their share of guys.

Kappa Sigma and SigEp are diverse, as in some guys are Southern while others perpetuate the South Florida stereotype. Most of the Southerners in these fraternities aren't wealthy, preppy, but have more of an outdoorsman look.

Delta Gamma: The Southern lady sorority. They have made a good niche for themselves as classy ladies among a Pan group full of girls who don't have the southern charm.
