Top: Sigma Chi (same)

Upper Middle: Sigma Phi Epsilon (decline)

Middle: Delta Chi (rise), Kappa Sigma (same), Sigma Nu (decline)

Lower Middle: Pi Kappa Phi (same), Zeta Beta Tau (same), Pi Kappa Alpha (same)

Bottom: The rest (same)

Explanations: Even though Sigma Chi is down to 44 members, they will take a quality over quantity approach to recruit wealthy, Southern gentlemen. Not a lot of guys like these comes to USF so it will take time for their numbers to go back up. Ladies love them and are starting to get more involved. In a matter of fact, they're more involved than most of Greek Life.

SigEp: Older guys are awesome but they will be leaving once they graduate. There are some cool juniors and sophomores but I think the quality of their upperclassmen will decline.

Delta Chi: More impressive pledge classes and more ladies are starting to like them.

Kappa Sigma: Not a big change.

Sigma Nu: Similar situation like SigEp but they don't have a lot of awesome guys to fall back on since they take leftovers from Sigma Chi and SigEp.

Rest of these chapters need to be more selective, set a bar for quality, and do something bold to climb the hierarchy.
