How does IFC let Pikapp recruit?

How are chapters that are supposed to be suspended allowed to recruit? Even the naz!s over at pikapp are recruiting this semester like they didn't just draw swastikas on their pledges less than 6 months ago. Not to mention the chapters that got caught hazing like pike and sig chi smh. Will there ever be accountability?

They’re not suspended they are on bad standing, and all the bad standing chapters have reduced numbers of how many bids they can give out this semester.
