Whoever says “rush __MY FRAT HERE__” is basically saying “I don’t have confidence in the guys who are repping us at open house and their ability to have a genuine conversation with a pnm.” The best know they’re the best, they don’t have to say it; so we sure know it’s not Phi Delt.
