frat rankings but only based on my opinion

frat rankings (in order from best to worst) but with stupid reasons why i like or dislike them

1. pike - pretty cool, they don’t spike bruh
2. phi delt - cool parties but are often unorganized
3. sig chi - popular but have done a lot of messed up stuff

4. zbt - always cool parties and fun music
5. delt - stoners but they’re fun
6. sig ep - eh they’re average
7. kappa sig - going downhill

8. alpha sig - nice guys but don’t do much
9. snu - cool philanthropy, chill guys but they also don’t do much
10. sig pi - super nice guys but a small chapter
11. sae - average but declining

12. fiji - decently nice guys but sorta inactive
13. beta - nice but also weird guys
14. aepi - never seen them once
15. pi kapp - absolutely not
