Opinions on "low tier sororities"
by: recruitmentlolI'm considering rushing next fall but always hear this stuff about "tiers" in greek life. What criteria is used to even rank sororities and does it truly matter lol? Like SK and Chi O are ranked near the bottom consistently in these posts and I was just curious if that's for a reason and if there's a genuine reason to avoid those sororities or something.

Another thing to note is that tiers don’t matter when it comes to sisterhood and other factors, however it does affect what fraternities you’ll be invited to do things with like socials and philos. Ex. Pike most likely wouldn’t ever do anything with Chi O, however FIJI would most likely do stuff with AOPi and Chi O
