POLL: Who ran the best parents weekend tailgate

Alright let’s think about this for a second because we play chess not checkers.
How is it tailgating when you don’t leave the house or put anything in a truck at a stadium to lower your tailgate, hence the word tailgate?
How is it Gameday Atmosphere when you are 30 mins away?
How many people do these tailgate themed house parties pull from the games (the actual event you are getting lit for)?
If you were a 3 ⭐️, 4 ⭐️, or 5 ⭐️ Recruit what entices you to go to USF?
Do we deserve an on campus stadium if we are partying at home and not going to games?
Rhetorical:
It’s not a tailgate.
It’s not gameday atmosphere if it’s a party no where near the stadium or tailgate lots, good try barstoolusf (Sig Chi) plugging your party.
I would say a majority of people at retreat party do not make it to the game.
Almost all recruits want a good crowd, good games, and tv time. Why would you go somewhere, that due to a lack of a crowd because they are at house parties, that doesn’t have these things?
For one less game attendance means less tv prime times meaning less of a chance for a good player to be in highlight reels when they are trying to make the league. Sit on the bench at Bama or go somewhere else where you aren’t playing Thursdays and Fridays like you are in high school.
Less Attendance also means less chance for us to move up in conference like UCF who leapfrogged us and went to Big 12 while we are left behind in C-USA 2.0 playing HCC-esque teams.
Finally, no we don’t deserve an on campus stadium if we can’t show why, one of the stipulations was literally Greek Life Attendance at games before they build the stadium these house parties are pulling away from that.
Swallow your pride, bite your lip, tailgate at RayJ and go watch the boys lose. Hell, having a crowd may even motivate them to win. Quitting chasing clout and learn what it means to establish it, also use the pr to promote going to games. At least Sig Ep and Bottom Tiers are doing their part.

No one used to go into the games anyway. This is a long game move to show USF what the students want. We aren’t going anywhere, and neither should the football team. USF is on Fowler avenue, not Dale Mabry. One day, we will be able to tailgate at houses and walk to the game like a true university should be. Until then, we’ll be here waiting.

Alright appreciate the actual response rather then the troll post. I totally understand a boycott protest but uh you have to make it known what your goals are i.e. What do we want? When do we want it? Shoot let’s go all out. Get everyone involved so it’s coordinated staff, players, band, cheerleaders, sun dolls. Let’s make banners and wear paper bags over our heads. No one show up for a home game against a top 5 ranked team. We won’t win, here at USF we storm the exits not the field. Stadium long overdue, school has the money for it and even asked if we would be ok paying more for the new stadium and we said yes. They still didn’t do it. Even when our little brother got in a power 5 conference and we didn’t there was only chatter of it that fell through. Even when every team from our old conference the big East has moved on to power 5 still no stadium. Dang all I see on the news is crybabies getting there way why not our turn. Why don’t we show up in construction outfits tomorrow at the presidents house tell him we build the stadium we have engineers at the school. Dedicate it to the fans who apparently care more about the team then the actual school. Not paying another dime in tuition or student loans until they fix their football problem.

USF Greeks have no power and are irrelevant to the university community. Don't act like you personally impact the stadium decision. You are more interested in partying than supporting the good of the university. It does not go unnoticed.

Literally every other university has the tailgate frat parties at the frat houses… the only reason we did it by ray jay is bc we don’t have a stadium. Yet even then people still didn’t go to the game. Save your money from the lots and buses and literally just have it at your “house.” Also if you’re gonna have jt retreat stop charging people LOL

Sigep is the only frat doing it right. Tailgating at rayj needs to happen, this school has an embarrassingly low amount of any pride towards its teams. Sigep brought a huge crowd out on parents weekend because they were the only frat smart enough to realize that parents want to go to the game.
