I see a big gap between the top 3 sororities and fraternities and all the others.

Eh I can see that, but Sig Ep and Kappa Sig have done surprisingly well and aren’t far off from being like the top 3. As for sororities, ZTA and Tri Delt are about equal to each other and aren’t too far off from being like DG (definitely not KD or ADPi though)
