PiKapp is Top Tier
by: BruhPiKapp quietly rose to top-tier status this past year. They are ZTA's go to fraternity to hangout with. They also have the nicest backyard in greek especially with the party barn. I believe they will bring good numbers this semester.

So much was wrong about this. So let’s go through it.
- ZTA doesn’t add merit because they’re mid tier
- Pi Kapp has always been bottom tier
- you have a horrible house and backyard (lol the fact you said anything about a backyard in general)
- you never have good numbers
- you won’t be top tier any time soon
- Pi Kapp is and has always been irrelevant
