sigma chi: explaining the loss of their brothers

The membership review was over a hazing allegation against the chapter in Fall '12. As a result, no one from that pledge class got initiated. In order to keep the chapter, Sigma Chi made the members who were involved in hazing under alumni status, I believe 27 of them, to convince the school that the hazing problem was rooted out. The school was convinced and that's why Sigma Chi is still operating. However, if one more allegation comes to surface there's a good chance that the school and nationals won't bite and the chapter will be gone.
