Let's be honest, this is the real rankings of USF. You can't really rank numbers 1 through 16 because thats legitimatley to hard. However you only split them into categories

Top Tier (In no order)
SAE Sigma Chi Sigma Nu Sig Ep
Middle Tier
Phi Delt Delta Chi
Bottom Tier
Everyone else

I've met plenty of them and none of them do anything to be considered the "lowest of the low". They are very nice and considerate and seem to really want to better themselves as a fraternity, which says a lot more about them than you can say about most of the fraternities on campus
