In all honesty and in no specific order, SAE, sig ep, sigma chi, and phi delt are the only respectable fraternities on campus

People join zbt because of 2 reasons either no one else will give you a bid or even if they did you wouldnt make it through pledgship. Dam if only I could have gotten initiated 42 hours after I got a bid it would have been so more meaningfull

We don't initiate people after 42 hours, that's totally false. Sigma Chi and SAE both initiated there pledges before us last semester...

And it's true, we are a non-pledging fraternity. That being said, new guys still have to go through an extensive 8 week brotherhood development program before they're initiated
