Right below top: Delta Chi
Upper Middle Tier: Sigma Chi,Sigma Nu
Lower Middle Tier: Phi Delt, Kappa Sig,ZBT,PiKapp
Bottom of The Barrel: Theta Chi,AEPi,Chi Phi

vv Phi Delts are definitely hotter than Delta Chis and Sigma Nus. Much hotter.

DChi seems like the frat that trys hard to fit in, but cant. I feel like they have guys that are wanna be SAE's (guidoish) or wanna be Sigma Chi (more fratty) but fail either way.

Kappa Sigma has a few cool guys and seem like a tight knit group. They are an off campus frat (and I believe they have a small off campus house, though I may be wrong). They have a mix of guys.
PiKapp just got back on campus. I have no idea if they have an off campus house or not. I would like to point out though that I have talked to a few PiKapps and they are pretty legit guys. They obviously have a few blah guys (as you would get with any colony frat picked by their nationals), but do surprisingly have some pretty fratty/cool guys that really boost them up (they seem to be the younger guys too which is good because they will take over). Definitely not top tier, and not the top of the middle tier yet, but they are on the rise and will probably be even better in the coming years.

Honestly, just go through rush...You might not like either one of them and like another frat or you may just love them both.
