It is true. Every fraternity has something unique to offer and you should choose the fraternity the is the best fit for you regardless of tier. However, i know what you are asking. Even though there is no "best" fraternity on campus, there are 3 fraternities that are top tier. So to answer your question SigEp, Sig Chi, and SAE are the three "top tier" fraternities in USF.
