The person a few posts before you said it right. Theta Chi is a bunch of great, nice guys...however their overall skills with women are not very good.

As you will see, there is a huge drop off after Delta Chi. No one really exists outside of SigEp, SAE, Sigmachi, SigNu, DChi, and maybe Phi Delt. The only fraternities people really care about.
