I've been hearing a lot about this fraternity lately. Have they moved up to the top tier ranks?

Absolutely. They killed it in rush, they throw the longest and best parties, their fall 12 and fall 13 pledge classes are on point, and overall they are sociable and hilarious to be with.

If you're saying they're top tier because they throw good parties, then they aren't really top tier. What have they done that actually matters? Definitely still a middle tier fraternity

What is your idea of top-tier? Pi Kappa Phi has done all kinds of charity, but they aren't cool and top tier
