Don't really know them too well but why wouldn't they be top tier? They have good parties and socials with the hot sororities, are one of the best in IMs and have by far the largest philanthropy in IFC. The one thing I can think of is that some brothers don't dress "fratty"

He's right. They mostly dress like bros rather than southern class and honestly there's nothing bad about that. Delta Chi belongs in top tier and honestly if you have something bad to say about them, you're probably an insecure joke because they have some of the most genuine guys in Greek Life.
