who is under investigation/possible suspension?

I have heard that there are a few chapters under investigation and that it could lead to them being put on probation. Who are they and how likely is it that they will get put on probation? It doesn't make much sense to rush a fraternity that is not going to be able to have parties for the next year.

chi phi
alpha epsilon pi
theta chi
pi kappa phi
alpha sigma phi

has either been suspended, been on probation, are under investigation, or just have been in trouble in general

That was in the past year. I have not heard of any current investigations.

I give it about a month before PIKE gets kicked off campus. They have about five different offenses with OFSL and will be dealt with fairly soon.

Funny thing about investigations: the chapter being "investigated" knows about it. If the only way your chapter can make itself attractive is by lying to PNM's about other chapters then you should probably be working on your internal issues instead of wasting your time on this website.

No reply to this poor kids question has been accurate. You're more than welcome to contact the OFSL and ask them directly about any current probations chapters might have.
