sigma chi still top?

I never hear about anything they do and they’re always considered top. Maybe their old guys but they changed. Barely have any members and didn’t even have shirts to give out at bid rally.

SX has been on a downward spiral for the past few years...just living off their past history...times have changed...can't be top tier without stepping it up.
