respectable bottom tier frats

honestly i have to give credit to Pi Kapp and Pike. They are different and honestly tahts cool. the pikes are legit cool to be with most of the time so i guess girls and most other fraternities like them. on the pi kapp side the did some really different stuff on philanthropy that got us thinking. its cool but i like pike more, just a "frat" if i was new i would like them better. sorry for if thats insulting. it depends onn what u want i guess

Theta Chi and PIKE have a great local alumni network.
Chi Phi and Alpha Epsilon have an ok local alumni network.
Alpha Sigma has a poor local alumni network because it's only a year old.

I can't speak for Alpha Sigma and PIKE, but all of those chapters are in the Top 5 for Chapter GPA (2.99-3.03) and produce very good new member GPAs except Chi Phi which has a 2.57.

Regarding popularity, PIKE are all right guys and could be middle tier if they had a house on-campus. Nothing wrong with the other chapters, but they're just not as popular.
