frats that have a house

Yes, rush a fraternity based on the connection you have with the brothers. But nobody can deny that having a house is what makes your greek life even better. Most frats at USF are in small 3 or 4 bedroom apartments, while some are in an actual frat house. Here are the frats that actually have their own house:

- Sigma Nu (SNu)
- Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp)
- Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT)
- Phi Delta Theta (Phi Delt)

If this were true, there would be no other fraternities at USF. Yet here we are. Sig Chi and Pike are better than some of those named. I don’t see there house.

Exactly. Having a house makes your greek experience better and also more of a traditional experience

Weird how more frats don’t have a house than do have a house. Must be a reason, they can’t all be broke and can’t afford it. On Campus such a horrible idea. Cops across the street, no wonder why Sig Nu has the worse incident report. Fraternities are a dying breed and exposing yourself is a bad idea. I don’t see the Mafia showing off their house.
