If you’re a PNM rushing a fraternity at USF, your main focus needs to be on a chapter that has a house. If you want to spend your next 4 years having a good time at parties in a house rather than in apartments/condos you need to focus on these frats:
On campus houses:
Sigma Nu
ZBT
Off campus houses:
Phi Delt
Kappa Sigma

Don’t get me wrong they were very good for some years but have been on the downfall for the past year

On campus houses in the Greek village are directly across from the police station and not much can be done there. Phi Delt’s off campus house is nice but they have really strict rules which makes them not be able to do much with it. Kappa Sig’s house is new and they can do a lot more with it compared to the others
