A guy who went through rush last year and went to my high school said all you needed to get a bid was to wear the right "fratty" clothes. Is that true? btw he's in an IFC frat

Be yourself, don't try to dress fratty if that's not already you. If you're putting up an act people will see right through you.

If you join a fraternity by pretending to be someone you're not, you're gonna have a bad time.

Fraternities on this campus give you a bid based on your personality and on whether or not they feel you will fit in well with brotherhood. Your "fratty" clothes won't do you any good if your personality is crap.
