When you’re in the right chapter(s) the conversations will just flow naturally, trust me. Go where you are most comfortable because then you will have a less stressful/more enjoyable new member experience. Don’t try to be anything you’re not and you will be better off. It’s a very personal process and if you go into it for superficial reasons you’re not going to get what you want out of the experience. Be completely yourself and you’ll find your right chapter and it’s perfectly normal to be nervous! I was super nervous and it led me home to my chapter and I couldn’t be happier. Try asking about why the sister joined/stayed, how they’ve changed from being in a chapter, who their best friends are, their favorite memory, etc. I hope this helps, good luck during recruitment you’ll be fine! :)
