any advice- @older sorority girls?

I hooked up with a guy I shouldn’t have really hooked up. It was very abrupt (tinder). Obviously when we did it, it felt good but I feel guilty because honestly speaking, it was an inappropriate hookup. The guy wasn’t all that and he basically just came over and we did it and he left and then done. And now I’ve been feeling strange since the day of, and idk what to do. I would like to hear some advice from other women who have gone through this (even guys are welcome).
