No, not the same list for larger schools, we don’t have the same pool of people to pull from so to set your fraternity at the top. This is a guideline.

True, they do go under the radar. Doesn’t mean people in USF Greek don’t know it. They just choose to ignore it. They can only do that so long.

That is a great list. Those things are what make a great fraternity. Just keep in mind that the ones who actually embody those things, aren’t the ones who are listed as “top tier” on here. Luckily things are changing and all of the houses are getting quality members. Go where you feel most comfortable. Go to the houses who aren’t in debt, actually perform community service themselves (not their sweethearts) and have a strong national reputation.
