poll: who’s better?

this shouldn't even be a poll. Its obvious who is better and they both have there goods and bads. I feel like sigma chi is yes number 1 but is a little douchy but I guess thats the typical frat guy. Phi Delt has there has which is the only thing keeping them ranked but sigma chi has there 3 million dollar house coming which is actual true which I truthfully didn't believe at first. I feel sigma chi has more professional and guys then phi Delt I think they are more weird and interesting I guess you can say.

Where are they gonna build it lol. Usf is land locked for miles in all direction. At this point sig chi should be more worried about pike then phi Delt. Most of their sorority relations have graudauted along with there good looking guys
