I agree with the OP about nearly everything, but have something to add..
ADPI/DG is not a close gap. Adpi is pretty far ahead of DG. Adding KD to this tier would’ve been more accurate since I believe they compete with DG.
ZTA/DDD is a close gap. Personally I think ZTA is a little better than DDD.
GPHI/SIGDELT is not a close gap. Gphi is better than sig delt by a lot but still on this same tier.
SK/AOII is not a close gap. SK is a mile above AOII, but SK has a lot to work on and generally has a lot of drama/bs/laziness/not dedicated sisters/etc. I think that Chi O and SK are a lot closer than SK and AOII, and I personally would’ve tiered them that way. I think that Chi o is only slightly, like maybe an inch higher than SK.
