1. Give out spirit day shirts instead of bid day ones. Every chapter gives them a shirt and so many women would feel more comfortable with a shirt for the first day.
2. Punish chapters that have fine budgets. It's not fair that other chapters have to struggle to follow the rules.
3. End sweethearts. Hear me out. If we aren't allowed to wear frat shirts why are we allowed to be human pr.
4. Branch out to more organizations on campus. Instead of presenting to the chapters present in classes, organization meetings,etc.
5. Switch to spring recruitment. Our University is a commuter campus with a small Greek life. Most people who enter the University have never heard of Greek life. So they won't know to register for recruitment. Wont have time to make a thoughtfull decision. If you swap it to spring then you have settled, comfortable, confident and informed women going through recruitment.
6. Be more active in each other's events. If all chapters participated in each other's events we would all raise more money, be more connected, and more accepting of each other.
