a new oppurtunity?

Do people who get kicked (SAE, Phi Delts, some of Sigma Chi and possibly SigEp) get the chance to rush another chapter if they weren't directly involved with hazing?

if you are formally initiated (NOT the same as going from PNM to becoming a new member) then you CANT join another IFC fraternity, ever (unless certain chapters have weird rules that ive never heard of, ever).
