I know a lot of changes are being made in Greek housing and such lately, but what is the best house? Mostly curious about furnishing, cleanliness, quality of living, etc. Please don't just say your own house unless you TRULY believe it and try to give real, good reasons!

Sigma Nu has a sick kitchen and Pi Kapp has the biggest house

All sorority houses are very nice and cleanly. Fraternity wise, I would say Sigma Nu. They've got nice things and a new kitchen. As far as I know they don't party in it much so I'm sure it tends to stay clean. Every other fraternity house I've been in, aren't terrible just looks like they are lived in.. by a bunch of guys

Also, having the biggest house does not mean nicest.
