Not really the same looking houses ... some chapter rooms are attached to the house some aren’t attached, some have a 3rd floor others have 2 floors, and the size of living room and kitchen and laundry room vary. Like the room size itself are more or less exactly the same but every house has slightly different layouts. Think of how like off campus apartments might not have a balcony but the living room is bigger than other people’s apartment that have a balcony in that complex, it just depends on how it was built.

So basically, yes. They are all crappy cinder-block dorms. They suck and at least they all decorate living areas well. USF needs a better village if Greek is ever going to be worth anything.

Don't blame Judy. We spend more time bashing other chapters and growing our community...no one to blame except ourselves.

Yeah we should totally build mansions when PHA just tried to raise campus total partially because half the houses aren’t filled and we’re now small enough chapters that we could recruit out of the houses if we wanted to.... if the cinderblock bothers you that much, have your nationals pay for drywall or plaster. Y’all are entitled whiny crybabies that blame USF for Greek life sucking and not the members, the alumnae, the exec boards, the past PHA exec boards, and the Panhellenic adviser.
ANYWAY I have a lot of friends in other chapters so I’ve seen about half the houses. The answer is yes and no, they are all essentially the same layout/floorplan (some are two stories and some three but the three story model only has like three more rooms) with a few upgrades and modifications that were available when the houses were built or have been put in since. Some houses are better decorated or have better upgrades (for example imo DG has the best house because they have a deck, and an attached chapter room).
It’s nice because it’s an equalizer in a way, even the worst house is just an interior decorator away from being the best house.
