is phi delt becoming top tier because of adpi’s help?

Since fall 2018, Adpi and Phi delt have been close and it seems like Adpi kind of made Phi delt visible in Greek by going to their parties, winning sweetheart, etc. It seems like history will repeat and just like sigma chi, Adpi also made Phi delt.

Tri Delta helped build Phi Delt, however ADPi has helped them to another level. Phi Delts themselves have done all the hard work and they are reaping the benefits now. Strong brotherhood, leadership, sound organization and great house that offers the full college experience. Keep it going...love my guys.
