hate to admit it but, phi delt and sig chi are tied

It is with no doubt that after being here for three year that Phi Delt has probably grown more than any other frat at USF. I don’t know why but sig chi this last year hasn’t done much and doesn’t realy show face anywhere. On the other hand Phi Delt has just done more things, has shown more face, and is more fun to go out with. Most of the girls in Greek that I’ve talked to agree. Both love sig chi and phi delt Equally.

I agree what makes Sig Chi “top.” What about Sig Nu? They are going to be reckoned with since they are off suspension and no competition form DCHI.
