If DChi is gone Pike is the next on the Hit List. I give them 2 year's tops. They are super hated.

Pike is on the decline for sure. They can’t conpete with the big boys anymore. They pulled 25 total kids in 2018 both spring and fall combined and they moved into the worst apartments near usf, Urban Place. Urban place is a nasty neighborhood that hot sorority girls really love im sure.
