sigma chi bully

As an unaffiliated student in the USF community,
I'm writing this right now because I know I am not alone. I have been bullied by a kid in sig chi the past semester. I don't know his name but he appears to be of Greek descent. He thinks he runs the stage at the study and everytime he sees me he ends up forcing me to give him my dirty dave. My college nightlife has been ruined and I am sure there are others. This is the sort of hazing I did not sign up for!!
I just ask that if anyone sees him in the act that they intervene.
