frats on the rise

1. DTD- definitely gone from bottom to mid tier this semester
2. Sigma Pi- they did good this semester without throwing parties. Also had a pretty successful philanthropy
3. SAE- Participated a lot. Still bottom, but definitely on the come up
4. SigEp- Finally coming back from their slump
