poll: which is higher tier

gamma phi likes to pretend they don't cause drama, but they're just smart enough to be subtle about it. They're obviously trying to tier climb (and hey it's working, I'll give them that much) but if the drama going on within the chapter is anything to judge by, there's definitely going to be drama outside of it, and they want it that way.... as long as no one catches on that they're the ones starting it. The further up they try to climb, the worse their sisterhood is going to get (how many of them dropped the week of initiation this semester?) and the more they're going to fight with other chapters. ZTA, a chapter thats been desperately clawing at the edge of top tier for years to no avail (ironic since KD just hopped right over them in the space of like 2 years) is just their first target.
