tips for introverts at parties? (real)

Does anybody have tips for introverts (girls and guys, but mostly girls) at parties? I want to be good at mingling so bad but parties are the one time that my social anxiety skyrockets!
Does anybody have tips? Especially if you overcame this, how did you do it?
