What are the honest rankings based off sisterhood? Best to worst.

honestly that's super subjective.
Panhellenic spring recruitment open house is 1/17. Go and talk to each of the chapters. Don't listen to this website, it's a very negative place.

Worst not in any order is ADPi, KD and SK

The first person is right BUT
The best in each tier is top: DG, upper-mid: DDD, Mid: ZTA, lower mid: SDT bottom: AOII
Which of those is the “best of the best” sisterhoods is mostly personal preference because each chapter really has a different personality
