SigEp is the top frat at USF no doubt but switch Delta Chi with Kappa Sigma and place Sigma Chi at mid tier.

Pi Kapp should absolutely be ahead of the zeebs and PIKE. Pike doesn't have a real house and the zeebs suck in general. I agree with pi kapp being behind or tied with d-chi.
