how can you even judge?

I’m serious here. Do all the sororities not have good looking girls? Do all the fraternities not have good looking guys? It seems to me all chapters have more attractive and less attractive members. Am I wrong? I’m a freshman and am going through recruitment next year -I couldn’t this year for various reasons- but I know of Two or three girls who are gorgeous that went to mid tier houses and one really cute girl who is so nice who went to a bottom tier. I don’t get it? What makes a girl “top” material?

From my experience, you go to the house that matches your “vibe”. It’s not that one is better than the other, aside from the fact that some houses have a higher number of attractive girls than others. There are both attractive and unattractive girls in say, Gamma Phi Beta. But all of the Gamma Phis give off a family oriented, reserved, good girl vibe. Same goes for Kappa Delta, you can be attractive or not, but if you come across as very high pitched, feminine, and sociable during recruitment, you’ll probably end up a KD.

Personality definitely plays into it. Also I would say most girls in top chapters are attractive or have potential to be attractive. Some gain freshmen 15 and are then attractive again as seniors, whereas some in bottom gained that before recruitment and then get in shape and BOOM you have an attractive girl in a low tier. Overall most college girls have potential to be fairly attractive so just depends on clothing, personality, etc etc and attitude. Same goes for Gdi’s

Attitude and personality matter so much more than people give credit for. I don’t just mean being nice, but just having a certain undefinable quality helps so much
