top 3 frats

From what I understand the top 3 frats at USF are sig chi, d chi, phi delt. I really only care about 3 things in a frat. Brotherhood, parties, and how “smart” the guys are (don’t roast me you know what i mean).
Can someone tell me about those 3 aspects in these frats?

Sigma Chi
•Pro:
-Good reputation
-Good sorority relations
-Top nationally + good alumni base
-Well liked
-Own the study with good connections
-Usually get top pledge classes every rush
-Bid parties are good
-Exclusive
•Con:
-Got kicked out of Greek village spring 17
-Retreat parties get shutdown
-Aren’t great in IMs (bad sportsmanship prevents them from going to playoffs)
-Weird bromance with Verdandi
-Can be complacent since they’re #1
#2. Delta Chi
•Pro:
-Good sorority relations with top sororities
-Great in IM’s
-Tailgating with sig chi and Verdandi.
•Con:
-Pretty bad brotherhood. Older brothers drop because they hate their younger guys
-Guido stereotype
-Young guys are bad
-On probation with the school
-Going downhill
-Use to be exclusive, now take everyone
#3. Phi Delt
•Pro:
-Best house out of all the frats
-pretty good brotherhood
-improved a lot
-better pledge classes lately, not great though
-Pretty big fraternity nationally
•Con:
-Not close with top sororities
-Usually hang with geed girls.
-Tailgating with Pike and Sig Nu in the fall.
-not very exclusive
-Act like they’re top but aren’t
