Is this ranking true? This is what a sorority girl told me.

1. Sig Chi
2. DChi (but they may go down)
3. Phi Delt or Verdandi
4. Sigma Nu

Well verdandi isn’t a frat but for the others It’s pretty accurate but pike might be better than SNU

DChi and Sig Chi are undisputed top. But when it comes to Phi Delt , Pike and Sig Nu, it’s really opinion based. Some might like Pike over the other 2, or others might think Sig Nu is better. But most agree the offer is Phi Delt, Pike Sig Nu. But again, they’re so close it can change within a year.
