So I did get dropped from a house I did really like, but not my top 2! I think I know where my home will be! Did anyone else think the houses from best sororities to worst sororities went like this?

Delta Gamma
Zeta Tau Alpha
Gamma Phi Beta
Chi Omega
Sigma Delta Tau
Alpha Omicron Pi
Sigma Kappa
Good luck to everyone! Hope you love this as much as I dooo!What are your thoughts. I loved Tri Delta and Kappa Delta, I'm a legacy at a "middle tier one" so i like them too, but not as much!

Kappa Delta was the best, so pretty and nice. But I can really see myself in Delta Gamma, there is a girl who would be a perfect big! I really didn't like Tri Delta, they just weren't my style at all. I liked Zeta and Gamma Phi too but can tell they aren't as good. I think I want Delta Gamma or Kappa Delta.

I loved dg, zta, and kd. Got dropped from kd, and Im sure Adpi but didn’t see myself there anyway although the girls were nice and very pretty!
I really could see myself in dg or zta and I think I would also be okay with gamma phi.
I really don’t know how I’m going to make it through week because I’m already nervous and we have 5 days til Saturday

I definitely see why the top sororities are top now. They’re all different though like they don’t all have the same feel and what I read on here beforehand might have been accurate as far as tiers go I wasn’t prepared for certain chapters to be so welcoming. Also the bottom tier housss are not just bottom because of looks. The top houses seem more like they know what they’re doing.
As far as your order i guess it’s fairly true although in my opinion AOII was on bottom, just my opinion though, chi o and sk seemed slightly better or at least to me they did.
KD is so far above the others in my mind but it’s hard for me to explain why. ADPI had gorgeous girls but KD just made me feel more af home and were more the type of people I would hang with

I kinda agree. ADPi and KayDee were by far the most put together, beautiful and popular. I imagined being in a sorority as being like them. But after meeting Zeta, GPhi and DeeGee I feel like they are more real and down to earth but still pretty and fun. I’m not a Barbie and don’t want to be worried about being that perfect all the time. Plus, I’m premed and want people I can just hang out in the library or house with some nights. I’m torn because I got called back to all of them and don’t want to make the wrong decision.

Hey girl-
I’m sure there are at least a few premedicine or biomed majors in both KD and ADPi! Also, sororities have mandatory study hours anyways. If you joined either house you could still have study buddies! I see lots of KDs and ADPis at the library!
Also just because they’re in a top sorority doesn’t mean they have perfect all the time. The general rule is you just have to be perfect when you’re wearing sorority attire. 😜 Recruitment really over-glamorizes everybody.

To me the bottom was Chi Omega, I had some really awkward conversations there and I was asked some really weird questions. Sigma kappa was also awkward and they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I agree with the order I would just say the end would be Sigma Delta Tau, Alpha Omicron Pi, Sigma kappa and then Chi omega. I had some really great convos with a mid tier sorority and I’m really hoping I end up there! Wishing it was Saturday

Hey all!!
Panhellenic is a super diverse community and the chapters you like and feel comfortable is entirely dependent on you. Unlike bigger schools, we don't really have a tier system. Remember it's hard to judge a whole organization based on the short conversations you have during recruitment so make sure you're finding where you personally feel comfortable and no feeding into stereotypes or the concept of "tiers". There really is no bets or worst chapter. They all have different strengths and weaknesses and women can find their home in any of them! I hope you all find an amazing home in the PHA community and learn to love and respect things about each of the ten chapters, as they all have amazing women!

Honestly, I didn't care for TriDelta. Most of my friends didn't either. The second day was weird and I'm so sad because I'm an Elm.Ed Major and love St. Jude.

Omgggg. I thought I was the only one. Some girls in my pod liked TriDelt but like the girl I talked to on philanthropy day could barely tell me what Saint Jude is and was incredibly rude / kept laughing and made me so uncomfortable. I didn’t like them at all and honestly can’t belive they called me back.
