💗 discouraged pnms- this is for you! 💕

I just want to send a little message to all the PNMs for the second day today.

The second day is when you girls, as Potential New Members, realize the mutual selection process. Not only do you choose your sorority, but they have to choose you too. It’s an emotional day- some girls are so excited to see their favorite sorority called them back the second day, and others are discouraged to see maybe their top choice dropped them, and some girls are going to be seeing only one or two houses called them back. I just want to let you know that ALL of those situations are NORMAL and COMMON. For the most part it’s a rough day for a lot of PNMs and it can really hurt your self esteem- if you let it!

I just want to say if you get discouraged, please DO NOT leave recruitment! You are such a BEAUTIFUL girl and please don’t think you’re not “good enough” for recruitment. 💔The houses who did call you back- the ones who happened to see your inner and outer beauty- are the ones who should be your sisters anyways!
