this fight has played out in the comments like four times this week alone im getting sick of reading it
IMO I think historically this has been the right rankings but chi o only still has a good rep in the bottom tier because they're loud on here about being better, AOII has improved more the last ccouple years while chi o is basically the same. SK would probably be above both of them them if half their chapter didn't drop every semester
And all rankings are up in the air until bid day anyway but OP has it right for summer at least

One of my roommates is an Aoii and they have barely had any girls drop over the past two years and none in the past year. She actually made a comment to me on this a few days ago.

i mean just over spring/summer a ton dropped because they got a house and no one wants to live in it or pay for it??? and even before that they always get a solid PC and then the good ones leave because of cliques and drama and all the problems a new chapter has

A LOT of them dropped over summer when they officially got the house, my roommate was one of them. Its raising their dues because they had to take out a HUGE loan from their nationals to pay for it and it’s barely half full between the people who dropped to get out of living there and the ones who already had leases because it was so last minute. The house isn’t even going to be ready by bid day, they had to rent a room in the MSC

Can't figure out if this was a zta, a gamma phi or an aoii.
In my opinion it's not that far off (except aoiii is bottom of bottom) but it isn't really what majority would agree with. I personally do think KD is that high and I don't have a problem with zta that high because they have some hot girls and they're chill. However in reality DG and DDD are thought of as higher than zta for sure
Also sigdelt is better than gamma phi as far as what most think but they're about equal in my mind
