going out during recruitment??
by: PNMI'm gonna be a PNM in the fall as a sophomore but I'm wondering if its frowned upon to go out during recruitment. Like will chapters care and could it potentially hurt my chances of getting a bid from certain sororities?

^ alright that’s rude.. anyways sororities, like fraternities are suppose to stay dry during rush week. So no going out. Drinking any of that. If youre serious about joining a sorority, then don’t go out. If you choose to do it anyways, a lot of serious and top tier sororities won’t even consider you. Good luck.

1. Ignore the top commenter.
2. Definitely avoid going out during recruitment! I know that’s “no fun” but you can still go out before and after. ☺️ Generally the consensus is the initiated sister and the PNMs should not be around each other at all (or communicating) outside of recruitment.
